Office Addresses - How to Contact the Lawyer
The best way to contact me is to call my personal cell phone at 817-926-5555. If you get my voice mail, please leave a detailed message including the reason for your call and all phone numbers I can call to reach you later. I do not respond to unexpected text messages, so please call.
Where to Meet
After we have had an opportunity to discuss your situation on the phone, you may make an appointment to meet with me. I have a contract with a large law firm in Fort Worth which allows me to meet with you at the
Ross & Matthews Building
3650 Lovell Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76107
-which is just southeast of the intersection of
Lisbon Street and Landers Street in Fort Worth, Texas.
Please DO NOT send mail to me at the Ross & Matthews Building address! See my mailing address below.
The main entrance is on the opposite side of the building from this intersection (please do not attempt to enter the back door near the intersection). The two-story building looks like a large beige box with a black stripe around it. There is a large flag pole near the back side of the building closest to the freeway. When you arrive in the building for an appointment, please ask the receptionist to call me and I will join you in a few minutes.
Directions
Coming from either direction on I-30, take exit 11 to Montgomery Street (which is almost 2 1/2 miles west of I-35W). Go south on Montgomery Street one very short block. Turn right onto Locke Avenue just past the Shell station and just in front of the RAILHEAD Smokehouse BBQ. Then go about 1 1/2 blocks west on Locke Avenue and turn left at the stop sign onto Landers Street just in front of the Whataburger (the back of the Ross & Matthews building is on your left). Pass Lisbon Street and go 1/2 block south on Landers Street and turn left into the gated parking area just past the building (the parking area was once part of Margaret Street). Park in a client space and enter the main door on the southeast corner of the building.
For GPS or Computer Maps
Google maps (and possibly other electronic maps) now seem to work better using the mailing address of the Ross & Matthews Building:
3650 Lovell Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
However, I have noticed that some electronic maps are slightly off when you use the mailing address of the building, so possibly a better way to use an electronic map or GPS device is to enter the intersection:
Lisbon Street and Landers Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107
Once there, go 1/2 block south on Landers Street and turn left into the gated parking area just past the building (the parking area was once part of Margaret Street). Park in a client space and enter the main door on the southeast corner of the building.
Directions from Southwest Fort Worth
Go north on S Hulen Street. Immediately after crossing the bridge over the river and the rail yards, turn right to go toward W Vickery Boulevard. Go about .8 of a mile northeast on W Vickery Boulevard and turn left at the traffic light onto Clover Lane. Go one short block northwest on Clover Lane and immediately turn right onto Lisbon Street. Go 4 blocks northeast on Lisbon Street and turn right at the stop sign onto Landers Street. Go 1/2 block south on Landers Street and turn left into the gated parking area just past the building on the left (the parking area was once part of Margaret Street). Park in a client space and enter the main door on the southeast corner of the building.
Mailing Address
I also maintain a private home office where I do paperwork and administrative tasks.
My mailing address is my home office:
Mark W. Batchelder, Attorney at Law
4424 Longmeadow Way
Fort Worth, Texas 76133
Email
If you are not able to call me, you may contact me by sending an email. Although I may not be able to respond to an email as quickly as a telephone message, sometimes email is the only practical choice. Please use email only as your last-resort way to make initial contact with me.
If you are unable to contact me by phone, you may use the following email address:
contact (at) markbatchelder (dot) com
Of course, you must replace the " (at) " with an "@" symbol and also replace the " (dot) " with a "." period. There are no spaces in the email address. (I used this format to attempt to defeat automated spam programs--it has worked pretty well so far.)
